How to order:

• Find the product you wish to purchase.
• Add the product to the shopping cart by clicking on the icon “Add to Cart “.
• Continue your search for other products if needed.
• If you wish to change the content of the shopping cart, for example, by changing the number of items or removing an item, you can edit the number in the edit number box or use the “Delete” button. Press “Update Cart” if you wish to see the updated price.
• Go to the checkout by pressing the “Checkout” button.
• Choose payment method and shipping.
• Enter customer information and delivery address. Press “Continue”.
• The order confirmation is displayed. Make sure all information is correct.
• Press “buy now” to process the order. Note that if you close or leave the page before pressing “buy now”, the transaction will not be completed.
• An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail immediately after your order has been placed.
  You will receive a further e-mail, as soon as the order has been dispatched.

Delivery:

 Cinemaseats.com provide delivery with Post Nord, GLS or DSV Road within 3-5 working days from receipt of payment.
Timely delivery requires however that Post Nord, GLS or DSV Road or their subcontractors comply with the day-to-day delivery. If there are delays at their part, this will delay the delivery in relation to the expected delivery date.

Cinemaseats.com cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments on the part of Post Nord, GLS or DSV Road.

If a shipment is lost, a new delivery free of charge will be sent to you.

Delivery to remote areas and small islands is not always possible with our suppliers. If you live in a remote area, please contact us for more information.

At Cinemaseats.com you can pay for your purchased item(s) in one of two ways:

Prices

All prices include 25% Danish VAT and are listed in either Danish Kroner or Euro.
Prices are only valid within the EU borders.
Cinemaseats.com is not to be held responsible in regards to printing errors, fiscal and exchange rate changes and reserves the right to adjust to such errors and changes.

Cinemaseats.com accepts payment by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, bank deposit and PayPal.
Cinemaseats.com encrypts all information within the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized individuals cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with NETS.

Delivery

Orders placed on Cinemaseats.com are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, however, the delivery time on special parts and certain products may be longer.
Cinemaseats.com cannot be held responsible for sold out items and delayed delivery from Cinemaseats.com’s suppliers.

Warranty

As a customer you have the right to complain about a product that has defects or deficiencies that were present, when the goods were sold. The warranty is valid for two years and covers manufacturing and material defects.
Cinemaseats.com checks the quality of all products before shipment. However, should there anyway be faults in the products, you should return the product(s) as soon as possible and within 14 days after the defect or fault has been or should have been discovered. Please be sure to inspect all products upon receipt.
For further details on warranty claims Cinemaseats.com refers to the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

When purchasing used seats ore goods on our site, we referrer to the law on sales of used goods.

Right of withdrawal

If you regret your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days after you have received your order. If you decide to return the purchase then you have to return the product in the same condition as you received it. The purchase has to be brought to the post office or any other delivery service within 14 days after receiving the purchase.
If the product is not returned in the same condition as it was delivered, Cinemaseats.com will estimate the value based on potential sales value.
The product should be returned in the SAME TYPE OF PACKAGING as it was received in, since the absence of packaging often leads to damage of the seats, forcing Cinemaseats.com to hold you responsible and demanding the amount equivalent to the depreciation of the product.
The customers have to pay the shipment costs for the returned products.

 

Please note that chairs specially made on the basis of the customer’s request are not possible to returned.
